Technical Sheet01 – As Obras que compõe este Leilão, de propriedade de diversos comitentes, foram minunciosamente examinadas pelos organizadores. O catálogo que se originou deste processo foi redigido com o intuito de retratar com a máxima fidelidade, tanto quanto possível, todas as informações necessárias para que o arrematante possa usufruir de um alto grau de confiabilidade em sua decisão de compra.
2 - A Beirith Leilões de Arte (“Beirith Artes”) se responsabiliza pela autenticidade das obras. Em caso de contraditório baseado em laudo firmado por perito idôneo, o arrematante poderá optar pela anulação da transação dentro do prazo de 45 dias.
3 - As obras do catálogo serão apregoadas no estado em que se encontram, motivo pelo qual, a Organização do Leilão solicita que as dúvidas em relação ao estado de conservação sejam sanadas antes de serem efetuados os lances.
6 - Aos lotes arrematados através de licitações prévias, por telefone ou internet, será acrescida a comissão do leiloeiro oficial, correspondente a 5% (cinco por cento) (a “Comissão”) e o pagamento total deverá ser efetuados em até 72 h após o término do leilão. O não cumprimento do prazo previsto faculta ao leiloeiro dar por desfeita a venda e a cobrar judicialmente sua Comissão.
7 – A retirada do(s) lote(s) arrematado(s) se dará na Travessa Nestor de Castro, 223 Loja 02 – Curitiba PR, de segunda a sexta-feira das 10 h às 18 h. Os lotes arrematados somente serão liberados mediante o recebimento do total do lance final do arrematante e do pagamento da Comissão, devendo ser retirado em até 72 (setenta e duas) horas do pagamento total. Após esse período, eventuais custos e riscos correrão por conta do arrematante.
8 - O arrematante poderá efetuar lances automáticos, de tal maneira que, se outro arrematante cobrir sua oferta, o sistema automaticamente gerará um novo lance para aquele arrematante, acrescido do incremento mínimo, até o limite máximo estabelecido pelo arrematante. Os lances automáticos ficarão registrados no sistema com a data e hora em que forem feitos.
9 –Os lances ofertados pelo arrematante são IRREVOGÁVEIS e IRRETRATÁVEIS. O arrematante é responsável por todos os lances feitos em seu nome.
10 – O arrematante declara estar ciente que o leilão online ocorre em tempo real e que, uma vez realizado o arremate, a Obra ficará indisponível para a venda. Dessa forma, em caso de arrependimento, o arrematante concorda em pagar uma multa de 25% (vinte e cinco por cento) sobre o valor do respectivo lance final para Beirith Artes, acrescida de 5% (cinco por cento) sobre o valor da multa, a ser pago ao leiloeiro oficial, além de honorários e custas judiciais e extrajudiciais.
11 - Obras de artistas estrangeiros serão vendidas como atribuídas, não sendo admitidas contestações quanto à sua autenticidade.
12 - Fica eleito o foro da Comarca de Curitiba, Estado do Paraná, como competente para dirimir quaisquer conflitos advindos do presente Edital.
