Project inspiration: "I wanted to represent some important figures found primarily in Brazilian wildlife. We have a black panther represented by the dark color on the face, with painted eyes, nose, and whiskers. A red macaw on the front with open wings across the chest represents its inner strength and freedom as a wild animal. On the back, the indigenous woman and the jaguar with their faces crossed and the same blue eyes represent our connection with animals. Other animals are also present in the sculpture, such as the toucan, the butterfly, and the snake, all in their most diverse forms and colors. All the elements depicted in the sculpture feature warmer tones in their composition, conveying the idea of attention and urgency that we humans must have toward nature for its preservation. The paint splatters, referencing street art, represent that fauna and flora are a work of art in and of themselves. As a whole, the piece represents the guardians of the forest."
Jaguar dimensions: 137 x 81.5 x 141 cm (H x W x D) Base dimensions*: 62 x 62 x 203 cm (H x W x D)
Materials: Fiberglass, Acrylic Paint, and PU Varnish.
Suitable for outdoor display. The sculpture base is also part of this lot.

Entidade beneficiada: Onçafari
Inspiração do projeto:
