EDITAL LEILÃO ANUAL 14ª EDIÇÃO - 2025

O PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA fará a exposição dos lotes que serão leiloados no website (leilaoanualpivo.org.br) e em sua sede, localizada na avenida Ipiranga, 200 – loja 54 – Centro, São Paulo/SP, entre os dias 29 de novembro a 09 de dezembro de 2025;

1. Todos os lotes serão arrematados no estado em que se encontram, não sendo aceitas reclamações posteriores à arrematação;

1. Todos os interessados deverão preencher o cadastro completo solicitado pelo iArremate, sendo exclusivamente responsáveis pelos dados fornecidos e pelos lances efetuados;

1. Serão aceitos lances prévios através do endereço eletrônico www.iarremate.com até as 15:59 horas do dia do leilão (pregão), agendado para o dia 06 de dezembro de 2025, com início às 16:00 horas;

1. Ao preencherem o cadastro da plataforma iArremate, os licitantes receberão login e senha para acesso individual à plataforma. A confirmação do cadastro poderá levar até 48h;

1. A partir de seu login individual, o ARREMATANTE poderá efetuar lances, lances prévios, assim como lances finais. Não serão aceitos lances abaixo dos preços mínimos estipulados. Os lances prévios são aceitos somente até às 15:59 horas do dia 06 de dezembro de 2025;

1. O ARREMATANTE receberá um email do site IArremate, entre 2h e 48h após o término do Leilão, com o valor final do arremate, assim como instruções para pagamento (recomenda-se verificar caixas de spam ou outros filtros ativados);

1. O PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA não se responsabiliza por quaisquer interrupções, falhas de sistema, conexão ou outros imprevistos relacionados que impeçam ou prejudiquem a compra de qualquer obra por meio diverso ao presencial, bem como lances atrasados;

1. As demais condições serão regidas pelo Decreto-Lei nº 21.981 de 19 de outubro de 1932, com as alterações introduzidas pelo Decreto 22.427 de 1º de fevereiro de 1933, que regula a profissão de Leiloeiro. Fica eleito o Foro da Cidade de São Paulo para dirimir qualquer litígio alusivo ao presente leilão.

PAGAMENTO

1. O pagamento do(s) arremate(s) deverá ser efetuado sob única e exclusiva responsabilidade do ARREMATANTE através de transferência via TED /PIX, Wire transfer internacional identificado ou via link de pagamento do Paypal ou Boleto. Não serão aceitos pagamentos em dinheiro ou depósitos não identificados;

11. 1 Em caso de pagamento via boleto, o arrematante deverá solicitar o boleto através do e-mail da financeiro@pivo.org.br. No caso de dúvidas entrar em contato com financeiro@pivo.org.br;
12. O pagamento deverá ser realizado até o prazo máximo de 15/12/2025. Os ARREMATANTES que realizarem os pagamentos até 10/12/2025 receberão suas obras na cidade de São Paulo até o final de 2025, no 1º lote de entrega. Os ARREMATANTES que realizarem o pagamento entre 11/12/2025 e 15/12/2025 receberão suas obras na cidade de São Paulo em 2026, no 2º lote de entrega.

1. Os dados bancários para a transferência via TED ou PIX são: Banco Itaú (341), Agência: 0170, Conta Corrente: 49247-4 - Chave PIX CNPJ: 16.796.068/0001-69. É responsabilidade do ARREMATANTE remeter o comprovante da transferência de acordo com os prazos estipulados para o e-mail financeiro@pivo.org.br.;

1. Para pagamentos internacionais via Wire Transfer ao PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA, o ARREMATANTE deverá solicitar emissão de invoice através do e-mail financeiro@pivo.org.br confirmando os dados que devem constar no documento; assim como enviar o comprovante da transferência de acordo com os prazos estipulados para o mesmo email;

1. Caso o ARREMATANTE não efetue o pagamento no prazo acordado o mesmo estará sujeito a penalidades jurídicas, assim como à emissão de título de crédito em favor do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA, além de ter a sua participação em outros Leilões bloqueada;

ENTREGA

1. Após a confirmação do pagamento, a equipe do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA entrará em contato com o ARREMATANTE em até 5 dias úteis para acordar e agendar a logística de entrega;

1. O PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA será responsável pela remessa do(s) lote(s) arrematado(s) pelo ARREMATANTE ao endereço informado no cadastro fornecido na plataforma I Arremate, somente das obras que estiverem na cidade de São Paulo para local de entrega na cidade de São Paulo;

1. As entregas na cidade de São Paulo serão coordenadas e agendadas pela equipe do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA, e serão realizadas em dois lotes: o primeiro entre 15 e 19 de Dezembro de 2025 e o segundo entre 19/01 e 06/02 de 2026.

1. No caso de impossibilidade do recebimento na data agendada entre o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA e o ARREMATANTE, será realizada uma segunda tentativa de entrega no mesmo endereço em data agendada. Caso a entrega não possa ser recebida novamente, o ARREMATANTE passa a ter responsabilidade exclusiva de retirar a obra sob suas custas conforme data e local estabelecidos em acordo com a equipe de produção do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA;

1. Caso haja necessidade de alterar o endereço de entrega na cidade de São Paulo, o ARREMATANTE deverá informar o quanto antes à equipe do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA através do e-mail leilão@pivo.org.br e/ou producao@pivo.org.br;

1. Para os ARREMATANTES de outras localidades impossibilitados de retirar os lotes que estiverem na cidade de São Paulo, o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA providenciará a embalagem soft packing a título de cortesia e poderá indicar fornecedores para transporte e despacho aduaneiro, quando for o caso. A contratação dos serviços, assim como os custos referentes a estes serviços, incluindo a necessidade de embalagens especiais, ocorrerão por ordem e conta do ARREMATANTE, eximindo o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA de qualquer responsabilidade de dano ou atraso durante o transporte;

1. A contratação dos serviços de envio das obras que estiverem no exterior para local de entrega no Brasil ou no exterior, assim como os custos referentes a estes serviços, ocorrerão por ordem e conta do ARREMATANTE, o qual também deverá contratar e custear a nacionalização da obra, eximindo o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA de qualquer responsabilidade de dano ou atraso durante o transporte;
2. Nos casos onde a entrega for impossibilitada ou ficar sob responsabilidade do ARREMATANTE, será responsabilidade exclusiva do ARREMATANTE retirar a obra sob suas custas conforme data e local estabelecidos em acordo com a equipe de produção do PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA através do producao@pivo.org.br e/ou leilao@pivo.org.br
3. Caso o ARREMATANTE não retire a obra no prazo previsto no item 23, acima, deverá arcar com os custos de armazenamento que o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA tiver até a efetiva retirada;

TRATAMENTO DE DADOS PESSOAIS

1. O ARREMATANTE autoriza expressamente que o iArremate compartilhe com o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA os seguintes dados fornecidos no cadastro: nome completo, email, telefone, RG, CPF, endereço para entrega da obra e dados de pagamento;
2. O PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA fará uso dos dados pessoais indicados no item acima exclusivamente para fins de emissão do comprovante fiscal ao ARREMATANTE, questões relacionadas à entrega da obra arrematada e para envio de divulgação das futuras edições dos leilões que realizar;
3. O ARREMATANTE declara estar ciente de que o PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA não tem qualquer responsabilidade por qualquer uso, por parte do iArremate, dos dados pessoais fornecidos no cadastro pelo ARREMATANTE, ficando este uso sujeito aos termos e condições estabelecidos pelo iArremate e o ARREMATANTE.

Fica eleito o Foro da Capital do Estado de São Paulo para dirimir eventuais litígios decorrentes do presente instrumento.

PUBLIC NOTICE PIVÔ’S ANNUAL AUCTION 2025

1. PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA [Pivô Art and Research] will exhibit the lots to be auctioned on the website (leilaoanualpivo.org.br) at its headquarters, located at Avenida Ipiranga, 200, Loja 54, Centro, São Paulo, SP, between November 29 ^th to December 9th 2025;

1. All lots will be auctioned in their current condition, and no claims will be accepted after the Auction;

1. All interested parties must fill out the complete registration form requested by iArremate, and are solely responsible for the data provided and for bids placed;

1. Early bids will be accepted through the website www.iarremate.com until 4:59 p.m. of the day of the Auction, December 6^th 2025, starting at 5:00 p.m.;

1. After filling out the registration form on the iArremate platform, bidders will receive a login and password for individual access to the platform. Confirmation of registration may take up to 48 hours;

1. Using his/her login, the BIDDER can place bids, early bids, as well as final bids. Bids below the stipulated minimum prices will not be accepted. Early bids will only be accepted up to 4:59 p.m. December 6^th 2025;

1. The WINNING BIDDER will receive an email from the iArremate website, between 2 and 48 hours after the end of the Auction, with the final value of the Auction, as well as instructions for payment (please check spam or other active filters);

1. The WINNING BIDDER expressly authorizes iArremate to share with PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA the following data provided in the registration form for the purposes of issuing the fiscal invoice: full name, e-mail, telephone, RG or RNE, CPF, address for delivery of the work and payment details—bidders who do not have an RG (or RNE) and CPF numbers should provide their passport identification number;
2. PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA is not responsible for any interruptions, system or connection failures, or other related unforeseen events that prevent or hinder the purchase of any work by any means other than in person, as well as late bids;

1. All other conditions will be governed by Decreto-Lei 21.981 of October 19th, 1932, as amended by Decreto 22.427 of February 1st, 1933, which regulates the profession of the Auctioneer. The jurisdiction of the City of São Paulo is hereby elected for settling eventual disputes related to this Auction.

PAYMENT AND WITHDRAWAL

1. The payment of winning bid(s) must be made under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the BIDDER through identified TED, identified international Wire Transfer/PIX or via Paypal link or Bank slip. No cash payments or unidentified deposits will be accepted;

• The link for payment via bank slip or credit card should be requested through the email financeiro@pivo.org.br. If you have any questions, please contact financeiro@pivo.org.br;

1. Payment must be made no later than December 15, 2025. WINNING BIDDERs who make their payments by December 10^th, 2025 will receive their artworks in the city of São Paulo by the end of 2025, in the first delivery batch. WINNING BIDDERS who make their payments between December 11^th, 2025 and December 15^th, 2025 will receive their artworks in São Paulo in 2026, in the second delivery batch.

1. The bank details for TED identified are as follows: Banco Itaú (341), Agência: 0170, Conta Corrente: 49247-4 - Chave PIX CNPJ: 16.796.068/0001-69. It’s the BIDDER's responsibility to send the proof of transfer in accordance with the stipulated deadlines to the e-mail: financeiro@pivo.org.br

1. For international payments via Wire Transfer to PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA, the WINNING BIDDER should request an invoice via e-mail at financeiro@pivo.org.br confirming the data that must be included in the document; the BIDDER also must send, to the same email address, the proof of transfer in accordance with the deadlines stipulated;

1. If the WINNING BIDDER does not make the payment within the agreed period, he/she will be subject to legal penalties, as well as the issuance of a credit title in favor of PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA, in addition to having participation in other Auctions blocked;

DELIVERY

1. After confirmation of payment, PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA team will contact you within 5 working days to agree upon and schedule delivery logistics,

1. PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA will be responsible for sending the lot(s) bought by the WINNING BIDDER to the address informed in the registration form provided by the platform iArremate, exclusively in the city of São Paulo;

1. Deliveries in the city of São Paulo will be coordinated and scheduled by PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA team and will be made in two batches: the first between 15^th and 19^th of December 2025 and the second from January 19^5h to February 6^th 2026;

1. If it is not possible to receive the delivery on the date scheduled by PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA and the BUYER, a second delivery attempt will be made to the same address on a scheduled date. In case the delivery cannot be received again, the BUYER shall have exclusive responsibility for picking-up the work at his own expense from at date and location establish in accordance with PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA’s production team;

1. If there is a need to change the delivery address within the city of São Paulo, the BUYER must inform the PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA team as soon as possible by email at leilao@pivo.org.br;

1. For WINNING BIDDERS from other locations who cannot pick-up lots on the premises, PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA will provide soft packing as a courtesy and can indicate suppliers for transportation and customs clearance. The contracting of services, as well as the costs related to these services, including the need for special packaging, will occur at the expense of and on behalf of the BUYER, exempting PIVÔ ARTE E RESEARCH from any liability for damage or delay during transportation;

1. In cases where delivery is not possible or is under the responsibility of the WINNING BIDDER, it will be the WINNING BIDDER’s exclusive responsibility to pick-up the work at a date and location establish in accordance with PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA’s production team;

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. The WINNING BIDDER expressly authorizes iArremate to share with PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA the following data provided during registration: full name, email, telephone number, ID, address for delivery of the work and payment details;
2. PIVÔ ARTE E PESQUISA will use the personal data indicated in the item above exclusively for the purpose of issuing tax receipts to the WINNING BIDDING PARTY and sending information about future editions of the auctions it will hold;
3. The WINNING BIDDER declares to be aware that PIVÔ ARTE E RESQUISA has no responsibility for any use, by iArremate, of the personal data provided in the registration by the BIDDER, this use being subject to the terms and conditions established by iArremate and with which the BIDDER agrees or not.

The jurisdiction of the City of São Paulo is hereby elected for settling eventual disputes related to this Auction.
